- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition  
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery  
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs  
- Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-refundable

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**  
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days at 716inminnesota@gmail.com. We’ll make it right.
